Postage Information 

 

Delivery is usually either £4.95 or £7.95 for UK delivery. Your shipping rate appears in the product description and is calculated at the checkout. Delivery services used are Parcelforce 24 tracked or DPD tracked delivery, this service is usually used for the smaller baskets. Royal Mail and Parcelforce 48 services are sometimes used for delivery to addresses in Highlands and Islands where no else are available. 

We ship only within Britain present because of the new rules requiring an EU agent for businesses to ship to Northern Ireland. This is impossible for this micro business. We welcome orders to Highlands & Islands and don't charge extra for postage. Delivery times may be extended to these areas. 

When your order has been dispatched, you will emailed the tracking number(s) of you parcel(s.)

If several baskets are ordered, often a few can be combined into one Parcelforce fully-tracked parcel where possible at £7.95 for UK delivery, up to parcel height x girth of 3 metres and/or up to 10 KG. If many baskets are ordered, the shipping rate will reflect how many parcels are needed to fulfil the order. The rate is calculated automatically at the checkout.

All baskets bought in the shop are in stock and dispatched within 1 - 2 working days. We aim to get your order to you on the next working day but please allow around 3 working days for delivery of your hand crafted basket
